The recently formed “Vaad Ha’ichlus Vaad” a neighborhood committee in the vicinity of the famed Mirrer Yeshiva in Yerushalayim, has released new rules to control the loitering and noise levels in the neighborhood.

As of Sunday the 6th of Teves, all stores are to close no later than Eleven pm. These guidelines were issued in conjunction with the Rabbonim who issue hechsheirim to all the stores in the Bais Yisroel, Meah Shearim and Shmuel Hanavi areas surrounding the yeshivah.
